They were doing all this while trying to keep track of complicated custom orders, and make sure the products they received matched up with what was ordered.

Before working with us, they typically received disorganized boxes of products at their site and had to go through each box assembling the custom orders to hand out to the parents. Not to mention back-orders! This caused many hours of complication, financial risk, and they didn't have an easy way of accounting for all the monies received from the many different sources.
